We hosted my engagement party at Agape garden and I have only good things to say. The staff were so hard working throughout the event, ensuring tables were cleaned, food was put out etc. Paolo was always quick to respond to inquires leading up to the event, as well as pre-event visits, as well as Nary conducting all logistics the night of. The venue speaks for itself, all of my guests complimented how gorgeous the space is - I didn’t have to bring or plan any decor which was such a relief. We also used their preferred bartender Diane, who was amazing as well. The space is very accessible which was helpful for our guests with accessibility challenges. It also comfortably fit our 95 guests with a band and dance floor. Overall, our event left many people interested in the Agape space, and my fiancé and I very happy!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Agape Garden about a month ago. Paolo and the staff at Agape did an amazing job. We didn’t have to worry about anything because the staff literally took care of everything. The venue is clean, well decorated, easily accessible, and very accommodating. There were no concerns with parking as there are tons of free spots. They were able to accommodate several other vendors like our DJ, halo halo bar, and photo booth. We had a lot of food and they made accommodations for all of it. Everything was set up exactly how we planned and wanted it. Our guests had an amazing time and said it was a beautiful reception. I wish we could experience it all over again and it’s a night that we’ll be looking back on in awe forever. Thank you Paolo and the rest of the Agape Garden team! I would recommend Agape Garden to anyone!

We recently hosted our wedding reception at Agape garden and it was nothing short of a blissful day experience. From the moment we walked in Paolo made us feel welcome and comfortable, answering to each and every detail. He was very accommodating to make all the positive impact from his end on our special day. The guests walked in and went wooowwww. There was not a single guest that didn’t appreciate the elegance of the place and how organized the service was. I can’t believe I was fortunate to stumble upon this event venue and they had dates available for us. I booked a pre wedding event at Agape for May 2025. From reaching out to inquire, touring the space and booking, Paolo and his team made it as easy as possible. We received quick responses to any of our inquiries. The day of the event, Paolo and his team were at the venue to ensure all was taken care of. All movable decor/furniture were placed exactly where we had discussed prior to avoid any hiccups day of. The space is beautiful! It's a perfect blend of rustic and modern. It is clean and very spacious. I was able to host around 110 guests for a seated dinner, a bar, dj, stage, dance floor and buffet. We even took advantage of the available piano and hired someone to play during cocktail hour. Many of the guests were local to Stoney Creek and were super excited to see the space. If anyone asks, I would recommend Agape to host any celebration/event. I will most certainly look to host again when needed. Thank you again to Paolo and all the staff at Agape!

Agapé, which means the highest form of unconditional love in Greek, perfectly embodied the spirit of danceScape's Valentine's Day event: "Tango in Paris: Wine, Dine, Learn to Dance" at Agape Garden Event Venue. We were excited to celebrate not just love, but also the launch of our new company/club branding. As long-time residents of Stoney Creek, with our primary Ballroom, Salsa/Latin, Wedding Dance + Fitness Club located in downtown Burlington, we were thrilled to discover this event venue. Its elegant chandeliers and upscale rustic Parisian décor provided the perfect backdrop for our 25th anniversary celebration of danceScape. A special thanks to the Agape team, particularly Paolo and Charmaine, for their dedication in making our launch party a fun experience. We had the most amazing experience hosting our baby shower at Agape Garden Event Venue! The venue manager, Paolo, was super friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. On the day of the event, his lovely wife even jumped in to help us by preparing drinks—such a thoughtful and personal touch that we truly appreciated! The space itself is gorgeous, spacious, and versatile, with plenty of parking and an easy location just off the highway. We loved the thoughtful extras they provided: three drink dispensers, coffee and tea, a commercial hot box (even though we didn’t use it, it was great knowing it was there!), and all the cutlery and napkins—which saved us a ton of time and effort. All we had to do was bring our decorations, and even then, they graciously offered to help set-up. We also appreciated having someone from their team on-site during the whole event. Truly, I can’t say enough good things about the venue manager and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped venue, we highly recommend it!

Taxes

All bookings will be subject to Ontario's Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), which is currently 13%. Cash payments are still subject to taxes.

Can I store my decor a day or night prior to my event?

No. For liability reasons.

Can you accommodate smaller private gathering?

Yes. 30 guests (Private Dinner/Lunch) or up to 80 for smaller gatherings—see Details.

Gratuity is not required. But if our staff provided an exceptional service, Tips are always appreciated.
