We had the most amazing experience hosting our baby shower at Agape Garden Event Venue! The venue manager, Paolo, was super friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. On the day of the event, his lovely wife even jumped in to help us by preparing drinks—such a thoughtful and personal touch that we truly appreciated! The space itself is gorgeous, spacious, and versatile, with plenty of parking and an easy location just off the highway. We loved the thoughtful extras they provided: three drink dispensers, coffee and tea, a commercial hot box (even though we didn’t use it, it was great knowing it was there!), and all the cutlery and napkins—which saved us a ton of time and effort. All we had to do was bring our decorations, and even then, they graciously offered to help set-up. We also appreciated having someone from their team on-site during the whole event. Truly, I can’t say enough good things about the venue manager and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped venue, we highly recommend it!

Taxes

All bookings will be subject to Ontario's Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), which is currently 13%. Cash payments are still subject to taxes.

How is the Deposit & Payment Structure?

25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. 75% non-refundable due 60 days before the event date $500 refundable damage deposit due 60 days before the event date.

Can I store my decor a day or night prior to my event?

No. For liability reasons.

What do I need to book my event?

Valid Proof of identification

Can you accommodate smaller private gathering?

Yes. Maximum 50 guest and learn more.
